All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial assessment by the Editor-in-Chief or a designated Senior Editor to ensure fit and basic quality benchmarks, followed by detailed evaluation by at least two independent international experts.

Once a manuscript is officially accepted, it is immediately assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), formatted, and published online within our "Early View" track to prevent unnecessary structural blockages in academic information flow.
